Charlotte Bateman

Charlotte joined the firm in February 2010 following qualification with a leading international firm for whom she worked in Birmingham and Paris. Charlotte speaks fluent French and can advise French business owners operating in the UK on employment law here in the UK.

An employment and commercial litigation specialist Charlotte enjoys acting for individuals and companies across the UK and works with a number of local businesses by providing Human Resources support on our Employment Helpline Service. As part of the Solicitors in Shrewsbury service from Bennett’s Legal Limited she offers training to clients line managers.

Recent matters have included supporting a large car dealership on policy matters, advising a private school on disciplinary matters and bringing successful claims for individuals in respect of discrimination in the workplace.
