Paul is the Managing Director of Bennett’s Legal Limited and started the firm in 2009. He was born and raised in Shrewsbury and lives with his family in Shropshire. Solicitors in Shrewsbury is part of his commitment to the local community, including business community, by making access to high quality advice as simple as possible.

The firm was started because Paul felt that the community in Shrewsbury needed a boutique law firm of Solicitors in Shrewsbury focusing on employment law and business matters rather than high street services such conveyancing and personal injury.

Paul has advised and appeared in Courts throughout the UK, including winning cases in the Court of Appeal and has conducted litigation and provided legal advice worldwide. His clients have included:

Ø Companies including small PLC’s;
Ø Directors and senior personnel;
Ø Business owners and managers;
Ø Human Resources Directors;
Ø Doctors, Teachers, Nurses, Accountants accused of professional misconduct

Ø Law and professional service providers.

Shrewsbury Solicitor

On a number of occasions Paul has acted in high profile cases including acting for Special Forces Personnel; Doctors, Teachers and Professionals accused of professional misconduct matters.

An occasional writer and regular CPD (Continuous Professional Development) lecturer he trains other Solicitors in law and management.

Outside of work Paul enjoys watching football, listening to music and spending time with his young daughters and wife. Prior to retraining as a Solicitor he was a DJ and started his own business.
